The park and the estate
With an estate of almost 800 acres, the park of the Château de Canisy lends itself particularly to bucolic walks.
A large part of the estate is listed as a historical monument and extends to the Joigne valley.
The park can be visited all year round.
Visit
- Adult rate for individual visit: annual card at 10 euros to be withdrawn on the spot or by calling +33 6 75 82 08 30.
- Children (under 10 years old): free entrance
- Group rate and wedding photos (up to 50 people): 80€ (beyond that, 20 euros per group of 20 people).
- School group rate: 2€ per adult and 1€ per child under 12 years old.
Access conditions
The château’s grounds are open to visitors from 10am to 6pm for individual or family walks.
As the park is home to a number of endangered animals, notably the Norman breed, and some of which are allowed to roam freely, dogs are only allowed in exceptional circumstances and must be kept on a lead for the peace and safety of everyone and of the animals.
Picnics are not permitted.
