Too many apples in the chateau’s orchard? Not a problem! Our chef prepared some homemade applesauce and we now have enough jars to get through winter with homegrown fruits to go with some foie gras or a classic, but ever so comforting, homemade apple pie (And surely enough for you to come and taste it!)
The animals from the chateau’s menagerie are enjoying the autumn weather, especially our fallow deer ! Come and say hi to him and others or have a walk in our 800 acres gardens.

Every day, we get fresh eggs from the hens at the château’s farm. What will they become ? Scrambled eggs for a relaxing breakfast, or maybe used in a cake for a delicious dessert to finish a candle-lit dinner… It’s up to our guests to choose !

Fresh new harvest from the chateau’s garden, ready for the chef to use ! The guests will be able to enjoy the last tomatoes from summer. But don’t worry, autumn will bring other delicious products. There’s never a boring season at the chateau !
What best way to start September than with a delicious tart made with the pears from the château’s orchard ? All along the year, the château’s kitchen uses seasonal and local products from various local markets and from the château’s own gardens.
